NOTICE OF SUPPLEMENTAL BIDDER’S CONFERENCE
New North Carolina Project (NNCP) is announcing a supplemental bidder’s conference for interested contractors regarding the Region 2 IIJA Weatherization Assistance Program Request for Bids (RFB) from qualified contractors and service providers for weatherization-related services.
Due to technical difficulties experienced during the originally scheduled bidder’s conference, NNCP will provide an additional opportunity for prospective bidders to receive information and ask questions regarding the solicitation.
RFB Issue Date: September 1, 2026
Supplemental Bidder’s Conference: October 9,2026 at 10:00 AM EST (1.5 hours)

Bid Deadline: October 30, 2026 at 5:00 PM EST

Anticipated Contract Period: December 1, 2026 – December 1, 2027
Attendance is not mandatory for submission of a bid. Interested contractors are encouraged to
participate.
All prospective bidders will have equal access to relevant solicitation information, and any official clarifications or addenda will be communicated in accordance with applicable procurement requirements.
